Cancellation

You may cancel your CourseCut AI subscription at any time directly from the Plan page in your account dashboard.

Once cancelled:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No further charges will be made after the cancellation date.
• You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period.

No cancellation requests are accepted via email or support tickets, as cancellation is fully self-service from your account.

Refunds

All payments made for CourseCut AI subscriptions or usage are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds or credits for:

• Partially used subscription periods
• Unused credits or features
• Downgrades or early cancellations

Please review your plan details carefully before subscribing or upgrading.
